Editor's are people you can "hire" to edit your profile to make it look cool. They are usually either web designers or programmers and have knowledge in a graphic computer language (html,css etc).

This depends on the editor. Some will cost money, some will do it for free.
Outcome[]
The outcome is usually a decent looking profile using pure coding(html,css,etc), but sometimes Wix's. An edited profile looks really neat with matching colors and usually unique symbols. Look at almost any good original for an example.
